Keep notes and photos in the context of the work. Recorded file checks can identify changed or unavailable image bytes.
Originals stay intact
Image previews do not overwrite stored original photo bytes. File checks are not proof of when, where or by whom work was performed.

Updated client report
Combine current irrigation information with selected checks and photographs for a later customer update.
You choose what leaves
Preview first, then save, share or print using iOS. Exporting a PDF does not record new customer acceptance or extend a warranty.
07 / BACKUP & SHARING
Take a copy with you.
Full workspace backup
Export a .verdaproof file containing the selected workspace’s records and original photo files.
Restore with a review
Check the import summary before restoring. A restored backup becomes a separate workspace rather than overwriting current records.
Optional crew transfers
Send a property’s job copy through Files, native sharing or nearby device transfer. The receiver reviews the copy before importing.
Clear boundaries
No automatic cloud synchronization or edit merging. Backup files are not password-protected. Save them somewhere private outside the app.
